Terms of service
The agreement, in plain language
Draft for review — last updated August 2026.
The service
Distributed Virtue provides tools for planning, testing, and tracking community projects: the BEACON framework, the Beacon Test, and a daily practice log. Paid plans raise limits and add features as described on the pricing page.
Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your content
What you create here is yours. You give us only the license needed to store and display it back to you. Do not use the service to plan harm, break the law, or violate someone else's rights.
The honest limits
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Frameworks and scores are aids to your judgment, not substitutes for it — consequential decisions stay accountable to the humans who make them.
